Senior Events with FBCAC this year (2026)




May 17  Senior Sunday 8:30-11am

We will have a special service geared towards our Seniors.


Brunch May 17th

We will be providing brunch right after the service for Seniors and their immediate family.

Please RSVP to Joey (334)201-8255 with how many people you will be bringing to brunch.


Cap and Gown

Please have them bring their cap and gown to wear during the service. They will be recognized on stage.


Table

We will have a table setup for each family to decorate in the fellowship hall. Date and time to decorate TBD, most likely the day before. (Picture below of a previous table as an example)

We will also give each senior a study Bible, which will be on the table so people can highlight their favorite verses, with note cards so people can leave notes.


Senior Booklets Deadline to turn in bio/pics is May 5th

Special senior program books will be made. 

Please make sure to send Joey a Senior bio (sample bio below), cap and gown picture and baby/child picture to include in the booklet. 

We will also have a senior video playing with a slideshow of your favorite pictures, so send your best and funniest!

Kathryn Hollis Waldrop

Daughter of Kelly and Carrie Waldrop


Katie will graduate from Benjamin Russell High School. She is the daughter of Kelly and Carrie Waldrop. During Katie’s high school career, she was a member of the BRHS Dance Team, BRHS Golf Team, the National Honor Society, the National Technical Honor Society, and was a recipient of the Wildcat Community Service Challenge Award.  Katie served as class president, was chosen as the 2024 BRHS Homecoming Queen, and danced competitively with Barbara’s Studio of Dance for ten years. Katie will attend Auburn University in the fall.
